As a small made-to-order business, I do not accept returns or exchanges. Each item is created specifically for your order.

However, if your item arrives damaged or there is an issue with your order, please contact me as soon as possible. I will be happy to review the situation and do my best to find a solution.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact me immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that I can evaluate the issue and make it right.
